Breaking Bread & Co. is a curated membership community for exceptional leaders in Dubai. We bring together founders, CEOs, executives and investors around intimate hosted meals, each built around an extraordinary Conversation Leader and a room of people worth knowing. It is not a networking event. It is not a supper club. It is a relationship community that happens to gather over a meal.

Breaking Bread & Co. is for growth-minded professionals aged 35–65 who value meaningful relationships, learning, and access to exceptional people. Our members are founders, business owners, senior executives, investors, HR leaders, coaches, consultants, authors, and anyone who has outgrown transactional networking and wants something with more depth, more trust, and more lasting value.

Membership gives you access to the full Breaking Bread & Co. experience: priority invitations to curated meals matched to your profile and interests, a searchable member directory, curated introductions from the team (minimum two per quarter), and access to The Lounge, our editorial content space. Membership is annual and by application only. All applications are reviewed personally by Gautam Ganglani.

Breaking Bread & Co. operates on time-sensitive pricing that reflects the founding journey of the
community:

  • Founding Members (the first 50): AED 2,950 + VAT per year.
  • Early Members (members 51–100): AED 3,750 + VAT per year from September 2026 until the community reaches 100 members
  • Standard Members (from January 2027): AED 5,000 + VAT per year
A maximum of 25 new memberships are released per month to protect quality and exclusivity. This limit is enforced regardless of demand.

Most Breaking Bread & Co.  meals are exclusive to members and their personally invited guests. Some special events and introductory meals may be open to non-members at a ticketed rate. The best way to experience Breaking Bread & Co. is to apply for membership.

Each table brings together 6–12 members in a private or semi-private dining space at one of Dubai’s finest restaurants. A Conversation Leader: an author, founder, speaker, or thinker anchors the table around a topic they know deeply. The format is facilitated, not lectured. Members talk. Ideas emerge. Relationships form.

48 hours before each table, registered members receive The Reading Kit: a short email with the conversation leaders background, a recommended read, and 2–3 conversation starters to arrive prepared.

We track what meals produce: not just who attended. The partnerships formed, the friendships made, the opportunities created. That’s what “Member Outcomes” means.

Every member is assessed against The Four I Framework before an invitation is extended:

  • Influence: Who do they know? What is their network reach?
  • Insight: Do they add value to conversations? Do they bring perspective, not just presence?
  • Integrity: Do they fit the culture? Will they uphold trust, discretion, and warmth at the table?
  • Invitation Power: Will their presence attract others to want a seat at the table?

Applications are reviewed personally by Gautam Ganglani. We are building a community, not filling seats.

Click “Apply for Membership” on the homepage or membership page. You’ll complete an application that helps us understand who you are, what you’re building, what you’re curious about, and what you hope to find here. We’ll review your application and respond within 5 business days.

Members may bring personally invited guests to select tables where guest seats are available. All guests are held to the same curation standards as members, a guest invitation reflects on you as a member. Please contact the Breaking Bread team in advance if you wish to bring a guest.

We ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you cannot attend. A last-minute cancellation affects your host’s experience and your fellow members’. Here’s how it works:

  • More than 48 hours notice: Cancellation accepted; credit applied toward a future table
  • Less than 48 hours notice: Noted, but no credit or refund is issued
  • No-show without notice: No credit or refund; repeated no-shows may affect your membership standing

Full details are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
