Membership Cancellation

Annual memberships are non-refundable once activated. If you wish to cancel your membership, you may do so at any time by contacting us at hello@breakingbreadandco.com. Your membership benefits will continue until the end of the current membership year; no pro-rata refund will be issued for unused months.

Exception: if a cancellation request is received within 7 days of initial membership activation and the member has not attended any events or used any membership benefits, a full refund will be considered at the discretion of the founder.

Founding Member Pricing

Founding Member rates are locked for the defined period stated in your membership confirmation. Cancellation of Founding Membership forfeits the founding rate permanently; rejoining at a later date will be subject to the prevailing rate at that time.

Event Cancellations by Members

If you have registered for a dinner or event and need to cancel:

• More than 48 hours before the event: cancellation accepted; credit applied toward a future event.
• Less than 48 hours before the event: cancellation is noted but no credit or refund is issued. The seat has been held for you and cannot be reallocated at short notice.
• No-show without notice: no credit or refund. Repeated no-shows may affect your membership standing.

Event Cancellations by Breaking Bread

If we cancel or postpone an event, all registered members will be offered either: (a) a credit toward a future event of equivalent value, or (b) a full refund of any event fee paid. We will communicate cancellations as early as possible.

Non-Member Events

For ticketed events open to non-members: tickets are non-refundable within 48 hours of the event. Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

How to Cancel

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to hello@breakingbreadandco.comwith your name and the event or membership reference. We aim to respond within 24 hours.
