These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Breaking Bread Community website and membership services. By applying for membership or using our website, you agree to these terms.

1. About Us

Breaking Bread & Co. Community launched in Dubai in 2026. It is a membership-based community built around curated meals, hosted by exceptional thinkers across leadership, entrepreneurship, wellness, AI, investing, and more.

2. Membership

Membership is by application and is subject to approval by the Breaking Bread team. Approval is at our sole discretion. Membership is personal and non-transferable. We reserve the right to decline or revoke membership where a member’s conduct is inconsistent with the values and culture of the community.

3. Fees

Membership fees are as published on the website and are subject to VAT at the applicable rate. Fees are due annually upon acceptance of membership. Founding Member rates, where applicable, are locked as per the terms communicated at the time of application.

4. Events

Access to Breaking Bread dinners and events is subject to availability and, where applicable, individual event registration. We reserve the right to modify, postpone or cancel events. In the event of cancellation by us, members will be offered alternative dates or a credit.

5. Member Conduct

Members are expected to uphold the values of the Breaking Bread community at all times: respect, discretion, authenticity, and generosity. Any conduct deemed harmful to the community, its members, or its reputation may result in membership revocation without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Breaking Bread website — including text, images, design and branding — is the property of Breaking Bread Community and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Breaking Bread Community is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the membership fee paid in the relevant membership year.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions. Members will be notified of material changes via email. Continued membership constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
